A condition marked by one or more of the following indicators: a significant swelling that is wide at the base; painful and either spherical or elongated, situated in the bones and impacting the skin, blood, muscles, and fat; accompanied by the progressive development of intense inflammatory swelling caused by imbalanced dosha. Typically, this condition progresses to form an open ulcer.
