An anorectal fistula is an abnormal channel that develops in the ano-rectal area, typically as a result of an anorectal abscess caused by imbalanced doshas or injury. This abnormal passage can extend through the perineum, anus, or bladder, leading to the discharge of pus and resulting in a persistent, non-healing fistula.
