A condition marked by some or all of the following signs and symptoms: enlargement of the hips; swelling of the cheeks or one side of the face, including the temple; increased size of the lips; enlargement of the genitals or penis; swelling of the thighs; enlargement of the arms; increased size of the abdomen; swelling of the calves; heaviness in the limbs; heaviness in the hips; heaviness in the cheeks; heaviness in the lips; heaviness in the arms; heaviness in the abdomen; heaviness in the thighs; heaviness in the calves; disorders of the palate; issues with the tongue; problems in the throat; swelling of the glands in the jaw, neck, and throat (goiter); presence of nodules in the neck area; tumors; glandular swelling; disorders related to kapha and rakta; and enlargement of muscle tissue in the throat.
