Sanskrit Name: कृमजहृद्रोगः

A condition marked by some or all of the following symptoms: swelling of the glands; heightened moisture in the heart; sensations resembling needle pricks in the heart; feelings akin to being cut in the heart; itching; intense pain; severe manifestations; nausea or aggravation of dosha; excessive coughing or expectoration; sharp pain; colicky abdominal discomfort; nausea; fainting; loss of taste; dryness or emaciation; dark brown discoloration of the eyes; a sensation of descending into darkness; increased salivation due to kapha; a feeling as if the heart is being continuously sawed; extreme distress; nausea or aggravation of dosha; and swelling or edema.
