Description:

Ber, referred to as “Badara” in Ayurveda, is a tasty fruit and a potent herbal treatment for various ailments. It is abundant in vitamins C, B1, and B2.

Ber seed powder or Ber tea may assist in weight loss due to its fiber and vitamin C content, which enhance metabolism and digestion.
