This lentil is abundant in fiber, which aids in digestion and may alleviate constipation by encouraging regular bowel movements due to its natural laxative effects. Consistent intake of Urad dal can also enhance libido in men, potentially addressing sexual dysfunction, as it possesses aphrodisiac qualities.
