Description:

Musta, also known as Nut Grass, is a perennial grass found in the tropical regions of India, Africa, and parts of Southeast Asia. It has narrow leaves and small brownish flowers. Musta is revered for its digestive, anti-inflammatory, and detoxifying properties. It is primarily used to treat digestive disorders such as indigestion, gas, bloating, and diarrhea. Musta is known to promote healthy digestion by stimulating digestive fire (Agni) and enhancing nutrient absorption. It also helps manage fever and respiratory issues by cooling the body and reducing heat. Musta has antioxidant properties, making it beneficial for skin health, liver health, and overall detoxification. It is particularly effective in balancing Pitta dosha, treating skin conditions like eczema, and improving overall immune function.
