Benefits:

Garden Rue, or Ruta graveolens, offers several key therapeutic benefits. It is primarily recognized for its antispasmodic properties, helping to relieve cramps. Additionally, it acts as an emmenagogue, promoting menstrual flow, and has been historically used as an abortifacient. The herb contains alkaloids like quinoline and acridone, which exhibit spasmolytic effects. Furthermore, its essential oil possesses anthelmintic properties, making it useful in treating parasitic infections. In veterinary medicine, Garden Rue is utilized for its anthelmintic, antispasmodic, antiepileptic, rubefacient, and emmenagogue effects in herbal formulations for animals.

Medical Conditions(Relief):

Sudab is valued for its analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, making it useful in the treatment of pain and inflammation associated with conditions like arthritis and joint pain. It has also been used to improve digestion and detoxify the body by stimulating bowel movements and aiding in the elimination of waste products. Sudab has antimicrobial properties, which help fight infections and promote overall immune health. It is also beneficial in promoting blood circulation and reducing swelling in the body.

Medical Conditions(Avoid):

Sudab should be avoided by people with a history of kidney disease or those prone to dehydration, as it has mild diuretic effects that could strain kidney function. Overuse may lead to electrolyte imbalances and dehydration. People with gastrointestinal issues should also use Sudab cautiously, as excessive use can cause digestive discomfort, including diarrhea.
