Description:

The leaves of this plant can measure between 1 to 4 feet in diameter and are circular with thorns. The upper surface of the leaves is green, while the underside is a striking red or purplish hue. The flowers, which stand 1 to 2 inches tall, are primarily green but also exhibit shades of red and blue.

Benefits:

Anklodya is used in Ayurveda for its anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits. It helps treat respiratory issues like cough and asthma, and also alleviates digestive discomfort such as indigestion and bloating.
