Description:

Bakul is referred to as Madhugandh, meaning “sweet scent,” and Singhakesara in this shloka. It possesses various beneficial properties, including being astringent (kashya), difficult to digest (Guru), balancing the water and fire elements in the body (Kapha pitta hara), acting as a wormicide (krimida), and strengthening teeth (dantya).

Benefits:

Bakula is a medicinal herb used for its anti-inflammatory and digestive properties. It is particularly effective in treating respiratory issues like asthma and cough. Bakula is also used to improve digestion, relieve bloating, and promote better bowel movements.

Medical Conditions(Relief):

Bakula is known for its calming and anti-inflammatory properties. It is used to treat conditions like anxiety, insomnia, and stress. Bakula also supports digestive health by improving appetite and reducing gas and bloating.
