Guarana (Paullinia cupana) is a plant known for its various medicinal properties, including its ability to act as an intoxicant, combat cancer, and exhibit antibacterial effects. Additionally, it is recognized for enhancing athletic performance, alleviating mental and physical fatigue, and aiding in weight loss. These attributes make it a valuable resource in contemporary medicine.

Benefits:

Gudūcī (Tinospora cordifolia), also known as Amrita or “divine nectar,” is one of Ayurveda’s most celebrated immunity-boosting herbs. It is a powerful Rasayana (rejuvenator), supporting liver health, detoxification, and respiratory wellness. Gudūcī balances all three doshas, particularly Pitta and Vata, and is used in managing chronic fevers, diabetes, and inflammation. It enhances digestion, clears toxins (Āma), and promotes vitality and longevity.
