Gurmar, commonly referred to as Meshashringi, is a potent herb recognized for its effectiveness in managing diabetes. In Ayurvedic tradition, it is known as Madhunashini, which highlights its ability to help regulate blood sugar levels. The scientific name of this herb is Gymnema sylvestre. Gurmar is beneficial for both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and is also useful in addressing diabetes-related complications.
