Description:

Mameera, also known as Mimusops elengi, is a tree native to Southeast Asia, particularly in India. The fruit of Mameera is rich in antioxidants, which help combat free radicals and reduce oxidative stress. It is traditionally used to improve digestion, treat gastrointestinal issues, and enhance skin health by reducing inflammation and acne. The bark and leaves are also used for their antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties, making them useful in treating wounds and skin infections.
