Pitta Doṣa: Pitta derangement leads to excessive heat in the body, disturbing brain function. Kapha Doṣa: Kapha excess may lead to respiratory and circulatory issues that cause unconsciousness.

Diagnosis:

Risk Factors:

Dietary factors: Overconsumption of rich, oily, or spicy foods can disturb the mind and the nervous system, leading to a state of confusion or a desire for renunciation (Sanyas). Lack of a balanced diet can contribute to mental imbalances. Lifestyle factors: Stress, burnout, and existential crises can trigger the desire for renunciation, often leading to the abandonment of responsibilities or social obligations. A lack of sleep or social interaction can deepen feelings of loneliness and disconnection.

Complications:

Desire for Renunciation (Sanyas) – A strong inclination to withdraw from social life or responsibilities, often due to emotional burnout. Depression (Nirasha) – Deep sadness or loss of interest in life activities. Emotional Exhaustion (Tanav) – Mental and emotional fatigue resulting from chronic stress.

Epidemeology:

Sanyas (Desire for Renunciation) is often linked to emotional burnout, stress, or existential crises. It is more prevalent among individuals who experience prolonged periods of emotional or physical exhaustion. The desire to withdraw from social obligations or responsibilities is seen in individuals with depressive symptoms or those facing major life transitions.
