Description:

Aralu, scientifically referred to as Ailanthus Excelsa, is commonly known as “sona patha.” This herb is part of the Simarubaceae family. It is characterized as a large tree that emits an unpleasant odor and possesses a bitter flavor. In Ayurvedic medicine, Aralu is often compared to Shyonak (Oroxylum Indicum), another significant plant. It typically flourishes in regions of India and Sri Lanka, thriving at elevations of up to 1,000 feet above sea level.

Benefits:

Aralu, or the fruit of the Arjuna tree, is beneficial for heart health. It helps in improving circulation, reducing cholesterol levels, and supporting healthy blood pressure. Aralu is also used for its anti-inflammatory and detoxifying properties.

Medical Conditions(Relief):

Aralu is used for its detoxifying properties, particularly in treating digestive disorders like indigestion, bloating, and acidity. It also supports the liver and kidney health and is beneficial for reducing inflammation in the body.
