A condition marked by one or more of the following indicators: swelling of the glands at the opening of the urinary bladder; challenges in urination; pain similar to that experienced in aśmarī; round glandular swelling; minor swellings; stationary swellings; intense pain that typically hinders urine flow at the bladder neck; abrupt onset; and clinical characteristics of ashmari.
