Description:

Khas (Vetiveria zizanioides), commonly referred to as Vetiver, is a perennial grass that originates from India. This plant is highly esteemed for its aromatic roots, which are known for their cooling, therapeutic, and fragrant qualities.

In traditional Ayurveda, Khas has been utilized for its capacity to balance Pitta dosha and alleviate heat-related problems. The cooling effects of Khas are effective in regulating body temperature and addressing issues like burning sensations and excessive perspiration.

A popular drink in summer, Khas-infused water assists in maintaining optimal body heat.
