Orange, often referred to as “Santra” and “Narangi,” is a tasty and juicy fruit. It is an excellent source of vitamin C, making it a strong immune system supporter. This fruit is rich in essential nutrients and fiber, which can enhance energy levels. Drinking 1-2 cups of orange juice daily before breakfast can aid digestion. The antioxidants in oranges may help protect against issues like liver disease, asthma, and high cholesterol.
