Description:

Rusmari, also known as Rosemary, is a woody, perennial herb commonly found in the Mediterranean region, Europe, and parts of Asia. It has needle-like leaves, blue flowers, and a strong, aromatic fragrance. Rosemary is widely used for its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and digestive properties. It is commonly used to treat digestive disorders such as bloating, gas, and indigestion, as it stimulates digestive fire (Agni) and promotes liver health. Rosemary also supports memory and mental clarity, improving cognitive function and reducing mental fatigue. It is also beneficial for respiratory health, treating cough, bronchitis, and sinus congestion due to its expectorant and antimicrobial properties. Rosemary is used as a raspanchak, supporting detoxification and enhancing circulation. It balances Pitta and Vata doshas, making it particularly effective in treating headaches, fatigue, and skin conditions like acne.
