Description:

Kantkari, also referred to as Yellow-Berried Nightshade or Indian Nightshade, is an Ayurvedic herb primarily recognized for its benefits in addressing throat issues. In addition to its effectiveness for throat-related ailments, this herb possesses a range of properties, including anti-inflammatory, antitussive, anti-asthmatic, hypoglycemic, antipyretic, antihistamine, and antispasmodic effects, making it valuable for various other health concerns.

Benefits:

Karanj (Pongamia pinnata) is an important herb for skin and joint health in Ayurveda. It is antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and used externally in treating eczema, wounds, and fungal infections. Internally, it supports detoxification and balances Kapha and Vata doshas. Karanj oil is commonly applied for joint pain and skin disorders, promoting blood purification and tissue healing.
