Description:

Rasona, commonly known as Lahsuna or Garlic, is a perennial herb characterized by its scapigerous, foetid nature and underground bulbs. The plant features hermaphrodite flowers, which possess both male and female reproductive parts, and are primarily pollinated by bees and insects. Its leaves are simple, elongated, flat, and linear in shape. The small, white flowers grow in rounded umbels, often accompanied by tiny bulbils.

This herb thrives in sandy and loamy soils but shows a preference for well-drained environments. It requires full sun exposure and can flourish in either dry or moist conditions. Rasona is renowned for its numerous health benefits, including cardiovascular support, improved digestive health, enhanced respiratory function, and the maintenance of healthy cholesterol and blood pressure levels. Additionally, it is recognized for its anti-aging properties, promoting longevity, strengthening hair, improving vision, and boosting libido.
